Starting in July 2024, the State of Missouri will be conducting the 2024 Needs Assessment Survey in partnership with Polco, a leader in civic engagement and surveying. This survey is a crucial opportunity for older adults (age 50+), adults with disabilities, and unpaid caregivers (adults 18+ providing unpaid care to another adult) to share their experiences and needs.

Who Should Participate in the State of Missouri 2024 Needs Assessment Survey?

• Older adults (age 50+)
• Adults with disabilities
• Unpaid caregivers (adults 18+ providing unpaid care to another adult)

How to Participate?

Randomly selected households will receive mailed survey invitations over the next few weeks. If you receive an invitation and meet any of the criteria above, please follow the instructions to provide your input.

Not Selected for the Initial Survey?

Don’t worry! All Missouri residents who meet the criteria can participate when the statewide survey opens on July 8th, 2024. Watch your local Area Agency on Aging’s social media for additional announcements or use the link below to “Follow” the Missouri Association of Area Agencies on Aging.
