October 2021 4 Hearts Award Winners Morgan M, Gina G. with Chief Operating Officer Joe Kraichely and President Allen Serfas. ----- Gina: We are so excited to share the feedback that was provided on Gina about why she has been nominated for the 4 HEARTS AWARD! Gina has gone above and beyond with her initiative ! She has stepped out to assist with fielding intake calls, office duties, and working with 3 different assistants when supporting 3 territories! She has been a team player when needing to switch shifts, support mid regions calls and shifts, and again supporting 3 territories. Gina has taken the initiative to support the West Region without having to request her to support tasks. Gina has gone above and beyond with also completing confirmations, red shifts, and staffing for Mid and West Region. She is wanting to support the better good for everyone. The teamwork she is demonstrating is unwavering! She is providing confidence in all her co-workers, and she provides peace of mind when she is working in their shift rotation. Going above and beyond and doing more than expected of her. Stepping up to help and support other regions and territories when they needed extra help without being asked! Willingness to support with coordination of phone calls and problem solving (ie- if she can solve the conversation instead of transferring, she tries!) She has a positive attitude. Support with filling shifts in all regions. Filling in/flexing office schedule for support when able. ----- Morgan: We are so excited to share the feedback that was provided on Morgan about why she has been nominated for the 4 HEARTS AWARD! Morgan's dedication to assisting clients when there are staffing issues as well as the amazing connections she is building with our Care Professionals. Morgan also goes out of her way to bring sunshine and smiles to everyone she meets by uplifting them with positivity. Morgan is wanting to continue to learn in all fields and expand her knowledge across the board. She is always asking questions, and she is receptive to feedback to promote her professional growth. She will handle difficult calls, and communicate those concerns to all territories! I can see her eagerness to grow! Morgan shows Empathy everyday and is always spreading Sunshine & Smiles. She provides flexibility with office schedule support when able along with offering to support with CarePro blurbs. She has a positive attitude; sunshine and smiles! She has clear communication, support with filling shifts in all regions. Thank you Gina and Morgan for going above and beyond each day to support the better good of Assistance Home Care! December 2021 4 Heart Award Winner Christina L. ---- Christina's consistent drive to be better is amazing. She puts trust and teamwork first and always willing to step up to help any one of us out. Christina is always very positive and helps make each day brighter. Committed to assisting whoever and wherever and whenever needed. Christina showed up on her day off to assist in the Holiday Drive through event to help her Region, but also she didn't want to miss the opportunity to thank the Care Pros! Christina is always available, even after hours, if she has extra support or information she is always willing to jump in and out of branch operations!! She steps up to the plate when her team needs support. She always follows up on calls, writes excellent notes, is a great communicator--she communicates early and often. Christina has displayed engagement across the board regardless of department, from my point of view. She communicates effectively with each office team. Christina remains positive, is willing to jump in to support when able (ie supporting with holiday shifts), and is reliable . Additionally, Christina started supporting with recruiting over the last month to support our team as a whole with gaining new team members. Christina exemplifies teamwork--she jumps in on anything requested of her. She does it all with sunshine and smiles 100% of the time! Christina always lends a helping hand to everyone. She is quick to jump in and help out anyone in need. She has taken on the role of recruiting as well when they needed an extra hand. Christina dedicates herself fully to the clients and her coworkers. Christina is the epitome of teamwork. Her dedication to this company shines through each and everyday and her empathy is unmatched in my opinion. She is always looking to improve the lives of others! She has been a great coworkers allowing me to grow through helping with KPI's through making a couple of marketing drops, doing HV's, and helping with CPOTM. She has been a great guide with staffing and helped staff each region each day.

December 2021 4 Heart Award Winner Erin H. Erin is showing amazing initiative with her determination and hard work. She has GOALS and is going for them! Watching Erin's growth has been such an inspiration. Erin goes the extra mile each day to make sure she is supporting her team. She tackles home visits, the schedule, and other tasks with grace. She is always willing to help and the care pros love her because she cares! Erin went ABOVE and BEYOND creating marketing baskets for our referral sources, and spent personal time and money creating heating pads with a sewing machine with treats specifically tailored to accommodate our clients!! Erin has gone above and beyond to connect with her peers and support when/ where needed. Erin has supported with streamlining processes, coming up with creative ways to support Care Pros and Clients, and with taking initiative to support those around her grow. Erin is on top of things and she is quick to get answers back to others who need them. She seeks help when needed to learn how to do things. She has great follow up and follow through. We can TRUST her and she is a TEAM player. Erin has taken on her AACM role like a true professional. She is dedicated to bettering herself and reaches out for training and development. Erin has a positive attitude and never lets the bad days get to her. Erin is constantly thinking with a company wide staffing perspective! She has helped me before with ideas for pivots and given little nuggets of info to help get things staffed or moved around. She usually has a positive thought process even when shown adversity recently.
